Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, statistics, applied mathematics, data science majors, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end model lifecycle from framing and EDA to feature engineering, model tuning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build scalable, reliable models and analytical solutions that support repeatable decision-making across products, services, and business processes.
• Apply these solutions to improve demand forecasting, fleet planning, vehicle turnaround, maintenance planning, and customer satisfaction.
• Create leadership-ready data stories that frame key metrics, explain the "why", and guide business decisions.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Revenue Management, and Fleet teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value use cases that support revenue growth, operating expense reduction, and improved business performance.
• Support the transformation by developing practical MVPs, testing quickly, and iterating solutions that unlock business value.
• Mentor junior data analysts and contribute to a culture of learning, innovation, and quick experimentation.
• Stay current on data science methods, emerging technologies, and industry trends to continually improve team capabilities.
