Hertz is seeking an Operations Research Analyst in Estero, FL to optimize fleet efficiency and profitability through data analytics. You will build automated tools, create dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations for fleet utilization and demand forecasting.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in data analytics; proficiency with SQL, Python, R, SAS and Tableau/Power BI is expected. This on-site role requires 3 days/week in the Estero office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 3+ years of data analytics experience in a business or academic setting.
• Strong programming and data analysis with SQL, Python, R, SAS and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive fleet performance by building automation tools and insights.
• Use SQL, R or Python to extract, clean, and analyze data.
• Create dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI.
• Analyze key metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design reports.
