Makes technically authoritative recommendations affecting program scope and schedule.
Develops innovative approaches to regulatory compliance while minimizing testing.
Interprets and applies FAA/EASA requirements across the program.
Mentors junior compliance engineers and leads cross-functional teams.
Ensures traceability of certification activities to baselines.
