Responsibilities

• Conduct regular dealership visits to assess Parts, Service, and Accessories operations.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve customer experience, retention, profitability, and efficiency.
• Coach dealership leadership on best practices, staffing, sales effectiveness, and performance.
• Promote Nissan/Infiniti programs, technologies, tools, and core aftersales processes.
• Drive APS sales growth through improved processes and customer retention strategies.
• Monitor market conditions and support dealer market initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate stakeholders to drive results.
