Phyton Talent Advisors seeks a Fixed Income Back Office Business Analyst with 8–13 years of experience to support trade processing from execution through clearing, settlement, accounting, and P&L. The role requires familiarity with Broadridge Impact or comparable platforms and collaboration with operations and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–13 years of experience in fixed income products, systems, or operations.
• Experience with Broadridge Impact or another fixed income back-office system.
• Strong understanding of the full fixed income trade lifecycle, including processing, clearing, and settlement.
• Knowledge of government and corporate bond settlement lifecycles.
• Experience with repo transactions and tri-party and securities lending.
• Understanding of fixed income accounting and P&L.
• Working knowledge of SQL and ITIL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support fixed income trade processing, clearing, and settlement workflows.
• Investigate trade and settlement issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with business and technology teams.
• Support government and corporate bond settlement processes, including exception management.
• Analyze repo, tri-party, and securities borrowing and lending trade flows.
• Review how trades and lifecycle events move between front office and back office systems.
• Use SQL to investigate data and validate trade activity.
• Document requirements, workflows, issues, and proposed process improvements.
• Follow ITIL processes for incidents, changes, and production support.
