Job summary

New Mexico Department of Information Technology (NM DoIT) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to oversee fixed asset management across statewide IT assets, network, voice, and facilities.

The role requires coordinating inventory control, auditing, tagging, and reporting, ensuring compliance with state procedures and audit standards, and supporting data center operations and asset lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Accounting with 1 year related experience.
• Or 3 years combined education/experience substituting for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset database for network, desktop, voice, radio, and facility equipment across multiple locations.
• Perform asset auditing, tagging, and reconciliation, including inventory counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Produce weekly asset and inventory reports for network, desktop, voice, and radio divisions.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and agency departments to ensure full accountability and compliance with procedures.
