Job summary

New Mexico Mutual is seeking a Systems Analyst to plan, support and implement information systems. The role acts as a liaison between IT and business units to elicit requirements and translate them into technical specs, helping improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of related experience, a BA/BS in a relevant field, and hands-on experience with ECM/CRM tools such as Hyland OnBase or Salesforce; strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field required.
• Seven or more years of related experience, preferably in workers’ compensation or insurance.
• Experience with ECM/CRM systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Guides users in formulating requirements and analyzes proposals; conducts feasibility studies.
• Manages application software including upgrades, patches, tuning, security and troubleshooting.
• Performs problem analysis and coordinates fixes and enhancements with IT team.
• Provides project leadership, directing and integrating work of other analysts and technical staff.
• Develops internal procedures and documentation for high application integrity and availability.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities and improve efficiency using technology.
