Job summary

Linedata is seeking a Senior Electronic Trading Specialist in Boston (or NY) to manage all aspects of clients' electronic trading needs, including project management, certification and configuration of the Linedata OMS, and broker relationship management.

The role also involves providing 2nd line production support for FIX issues, visiting clients as needed, and coordinating with internal teams on new trading functionality, upgrades, and certification of endpoints under non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in financial services or software client support, preferably OMS/EMS.
• Ambitious, self-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assess risks and urgency for deliverables.
• Strong English communication, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Technical account management of ETS clients and service delivery.
• Manage onboarding and certification for ETS clients.
• Gather requirements; create FIX specs and workflow design.
• Configure and test FIX connectivity with client partners.
• Provide 2nd line support for FIX issues to clients and Helpdesk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive new trading functionality.
• Perform FIX certifications with endpoints and liquidity partners.
• Participate in internal projects and team initiatives.
