Qualifications

• Experience designing and supporting OMS/EMS trading workflows.
• Strong understanding of front-to-back transaction lifecycle.
• Ability to partner with compliance to monitor trades.
• Hybrid work readiness for in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between trading desks, operations, compliance, and IT for OMS initiatives.
• Analyze and document trading lifecycle workflows and gaps.
• Ensure downstream impacts on middle/back office processes are accounted for.
• Troubleshoot integration issues between trading systems and downstream systems.
• Manage technology backlog and prioritize work with the tech team.
• Collaborate with traders, PMs, operations, and compliance to gather requirements.
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment of updates.
• Support day-to-day trading operations and align with regulatory requirements.
