Qualifications

• One year as a Fiscal Management Specialist 2; or

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily budget, fiscal, administrative, and analytical operations of federal and state funded workforce programs
• Supervise staff, establish priorities, assign work, coordinate workflow, evaluate performance, and provide training
• Evaluate funding levels, monitor expenditures, and approve spending adjustments
• Prepare and evaluate financial reports for invoicing and reconciliation
• Conduct detailed budget and expenditure analyses and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain policy documents and provide technical assistance for compliance and accuracy
