Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Human Services seeks a Facility Financial Manager to support the Ebensburg Center's financial operations, oversee budgeting, accounting, procurement, and storekeeping, and guide staff. Qualifications

• Four years of professional budgeting, accounting, procurement, or cost reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree including at least fifteen accounting credit hours.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight: Direct accounting, budgeting, procurement, and storekeeping activities to support facility operations
• Budget Planning: Develop forecasts, analyze trends, and review expenditure reports to guide financial decisions
• Audit Support: Coordinate audits, prepare materials, and initiate corrective internal controls to maintain fiscal integrity
• Staff Guidance: Lead professional and technical staff, provide training, and ensure clear communication across divisions
• Contract Analysis: Review vendor contracts, leases, and purchase requests to support procurement actions
