Job summary
CoreWeave is seeking a Senior FW Technical Program Manager to lead the New Product Introduction of our next-generation GPU/CPU/Storage hardware. You will drive end-to-end NPI, including BIOS/BMC/CPLD development cycles, from concept through mass production, collaborating with hardware, firmware, software, and supply chain teams.
You will manage schedules, risks, and milestones, and you will partner with leadership to deliver high-quality, cost-effective AI-focused products in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management within the hardware industry, focused on NPI.
- Experience delivering complex hardware and firmware from concept to mass production.
- Solid understanding of firmware development lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of BIOS/BMC/CPLD components.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Deep knowledge of GPU architectures and semiconductor integration.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Sheets.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NPI for next-generation DC-SCM hardware and firmware from concept to production.
- Manage FW development, qualification, and release processes.
- Develop program plans, roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Product, Hardware Design, Firmware, Software, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
- Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
- Track progress against timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
- Facilitate cross-functional design reviews and status updates for leadership.
- Communicate status and critical decisions clearly to senior leadership.
- Foster transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement in NPI.
- Engage in technical discussions with engineering teams to solve problems.
