Job summary

Arista Networks is seeking a Hardware Technical Program Manager to drive customer-driven programs from concept to volume production. You will collaborate with HW, SW, Central, Diagnostics, and ODM/JDM partners to deliver high-quality hardware products on schedule.

You will create SoWs, PRDs, manage schedules, track verification and qualification, and report status to stakeholders. A strong background in NPI hardware and exceptional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of NPI hardware engineering and leadership experience.
• Experience with rack-mounted data center or enterprise equipment.
• Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, software, diagnostics, and manufacturing teams.
• Excellent communications and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create SoW and PRD for complex technical programs.
• Own and facilitate weekly cross-functional engineering team meetings.
• Interface with customers and partners to develop program plans including schedules and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional HW, SW, Central, Diagnostics, Manufacturing, Product Management, ODM/JDM teams to deliver products.
• Track and report design validation and qualification status; identify and solve issues.
• Create a master schedule linking key deliverables across lifecycle stages.
• Lead program design reviews and bug scrums.
• Drive scheduling, planning, cost analysis, and milestone reviews.
• Resolve cross-functional issues and escalate to functional leaders.
• Facilitate engineering portion of phase-gate reviews.
