Job summary

Cerebras Systems is seeking a Staff System Technical Program Manager to lead operational excellence for wafer-scale compute systems and data centers. Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience focusing on hardware, embedded software, and product planning.
• Strong understanding of hardware design processes, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing workflows.
• Proven ability to work effectively with highly technical cross-functional engineering teams.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program schedule for engineering improvements and provide comprehensive plans.
• Define program strategy and requirements with stakeholders in product, quality, reliability, supply chain, and exec teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery.
• Act as the single-threaded owner across product, engineering, supply chain, and software for detailed and high-level planning.
• Develop and implement new processes to improve team efficiency as the business scales.
• Coordinate component sourcing, vendor management, and logistics with supply chain and procurement.
