Job summary

CoreWeave is expanding its firmware engineering organization to support next-generation AI compute platforms. As a Senior Firmware Engineer, FPGA & Platform Integration, you will design, implement, validate, and maintain FPGA-based platform functionality while ensuring clean integration with BMC firmware, BIOS, and hardware platforms deployed across CoreWeave’s data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of firmware, embedded systems, or FPGA development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, validate, and maintain FPGA-based platform functionality.
• Ensure clean integration with BMC firmware, BIOS, and hardware platforms.
• Lead cross-layer debugging across FPGA, firmware, BIOS, and hardware.
• Improve platform reliability, observability, and maintainability at scale.
• Collaborate with ODMs, silicon vendors, and firmware partners to drive improvements.
