Job summary

AMD seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead AI-driven methods across x86 core development, spanning verification, RTL design, and physical design. You will shape AI adoption, define goals, manage schedules, and align leadership priorities to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

You will collaborate with Cores leadership and engineers to translate complex opportunities into structured programs, tracking progress and driving scalable AI-enabled workflows across teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in CPU or SoC development with hands-on background.
• Proven TPM or technical program leadership delivering complex cross‑functional programs.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML applied to hardware design or EDA problems.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-enabled program strategies across verification, RTL design, and physical design.
• Define milestones, manage inter‑team dependencies, and track KPIs.
• Coordinate across architecture, verification, DFT, and data engineering teams.
