3+ years software development experience.

Responsibilities

Drive device software (firmware) development across software/hardware/QA/ops teams.
Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules to meet milestones.
Assess risks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
Define program strategy and long-term planning with engineering/product leadership.
Establish, track, and report on KPIs and program health indicators; provide executive updates.
Drive process improvements to increase velocity and release quality.
Document best practices and scale processes across the organization.
