Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician in New Cumberland, PA to perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems across commercial, industrial, and residential settings.

The role requires 7–10 years of fire sprinkler experience, a high school diploma, and flexibility for weekends and overnight travel. NICET II and backflow certifications are a plus, and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of documented Fire Sprinkler service/repair experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and travel overnight.
• Must maintain truck inventory and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls and determine equipment problems.
• Perform service and repairs on wet/dry/pre-action/deluge sprinkler systems.
• Read blueprints and schematics to diagnose issues; use manuals as reference.
• Maintain safety and quality while working in challenging positions.
