Job summary

Fire Safety and Protection is seeking a skilled Sprinkler Foreman to coordinate field operations, lead a crew, and ensure high-quality fire protection installations. You will work closely with the Superintendent and Account Manager to optimize production, maintain safety standards, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires at least four years of independent field experience with fire protection systems, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive attitude toward certifications and professional

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years independent field experience.
• Experience with Fire Protection Systems and components.
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to obtain progressive certifications within the NFPA framework.
• Prefer intermediate sprinkler layout understanding.
• Ability to complete accurate maintenance and work records (written and electronic).
• Willingness to work hard and learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Superintendent/Account Manager on efficient, cost-effective production for projects.
• Ensure safety and quality controls for a safe work environment and superior installations.
• Care for company vehicles, equipment, and tools; protect assets and maintain them.
• Submit weekly timesheets to Payroll on required dates.
• Attend pre-construction, coordination and progress meetings for clear project communication.
• Coordinate material delivery timing with project start to meet schedule needs.
• Assist in training field personnel on installation procedures for professionalism and safety.
