Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Fire Protection Trade Manager to lead field installation on New Construction projects. You will mentor foremen, fitters, mechanics, and apprentices to ensure safe, quality work on schedule.

The role requires extensive supervision experience, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to manage multiple job sites with minimal supervision. Travel to various sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 10 years of commercial fire protection supervision and 10 years of hands-on fire protection trade work or equivalent.
• Proficiency in fire protection field supervision and safety standards.
• Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fire protection field manpower to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee day-to-day fire protection field personnel transitions between jobs.
• Document changes and issues; relay to team members and leadership.
• Coordinate with Construction team on open issues and progress.
• Maintain high output quality aligned with company vision and standards.
• Interview, hire, and train fire protection staff; direct workload and evaluate performance.
• Ensure safety procedures and reporting are followed and escalate as needed.
