Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Architectural or Chemical Engineering (or related).
• PE license required; experience with federal projects preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in fire protection design.

Responsibilities

• Develop fire protection designs (sprinkler, alarm, suppression) with basis-of-design.
• Act as QFPE for federal projects and ensure life safety compliance.
• Review designs for NFPA/UFC and sign off on documents.
• Support proposals, draft responses, and client meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee project work where applicable.
