Job summary
Jacobs is seeking a Senior Fire Protection Engineer to lead fire protection design for data center and mission critical projects across the United States. You will act as the technical leader, guide code analyses, and mentor project teams while coordinating with clients, AHJs, and cross-disciplinary engineers to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field is required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- 15+ years of fire protection engineering experience.
- Experience as technical lead or SME on large projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Fire Protection Engineering Senior Engineer/SME for Data Center and Mission Critical projects.
- Provide technical leadership for fire protection design, code analysis, and life safety engineering.
- Lead design reviews and QA/QC across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with clients, AHJs, and internal teams to meet reliability and code requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and support staff.
