Job summary

Encore Fire Protection is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business in a defined territory across the East Coast region. You will identify target accounts, initiate conversations with decision makers, and position Encore’s inspection, service, monitoring, and project offerings as best-in-class solutions.

Success requires a hunter mentality, resilience, and the ability to build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in a service-based industry
• Track record of meeting or exceeding new business targets
• Outgoing, persistent prospecting with strong follow-up and relationship building

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts and build a robust pipeline within the territory
• Meet with decision makers and present Encore’s offerings as the best solution
• Develop and execute a territory plan focusing on high-potential accounts
• Forecast pipeline and manage opportunities using CRM and deal tools
• Coordinate handoffs to operations and account management to ensure delivery
