Responsibilities

• Manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of multiple active fire alarm installation projects.
• Oversee project execution from planning through completion and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors to maintain schedule.
• Provide status updates and communicate progress to the Operations Manager.
• Manage procurement and budgeting to align with costs and financial goals.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources for projects.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, local codes, and customer specs.
• Support project closeout including final documentation, testing, and inspections.
