Job summary

Century Fire Protection LLC Orlando - Sanford, FL is seeking a seasoned project supervisor responsible for managing profitability and crew production on alarm system installation and service, ensuring projects meet schedules and budgets.

You will lead field crews, coordinate materials, conduct site visits, and represent the company in meetings with general contractors and AHJs to keep test dates and change orders on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 5+ years related experience or training; NICET II/III a plus.
• Experience coordinating field crews, schedules, and project costs.
• Office skills in Word/Excel are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update weekly, 3-month, and 6-month schedules with milestones.
• Hire and supervise field crews; coordinate schedules and labor costs.
• Coordinate material deliveries and monitor job-related costs.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and test dates.
• Represent the company with contractors, owners, AHJ, and regulators.
• Manage multiple projects and adjust plans to meet schedules.
• Attend kickoff meetings; work with PM and design team on specs and change orders.
• Complete and maintain truck tool inventories.
