Job summary

Century Fire Protection seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee alarm system installation and service projects, ensuring profitability and timely completion. You will guide crews and resolve conflicts to maintain schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities include developing and updating schedules, supervising field teams, coordinating materials, and liaising with contractors, AHJs, and regulators to ensure compliance and smooth progress on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years related experience and/or training. NICET II or III Certification a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop and update weekly, 3-month, and 6-month job schedules, tracking milestones.
• Hire and supervise field crews and coordinate schedules, managing labor hours and costs.
• Coordinate material deliveries and monitor job-related costs.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate inspections and test dates.
• Represent the company in meetings with general contractor, owner, property manager, AHJ and regulatory agencies.
• Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing conditions to meet contract schedules.
• Attend project kickoff meetings and work with Project Manager on specifications, billings, and change orders.
• Complete and maintain truck tool inventories.
