Job summary

Honeywell INC. seeks a Lead Advance Field Service Technician for Fire Alarms Systems in the Seattle area.

You will provide expert support, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead on-site maintenance and programming of FACPs and related integration with EBI, ensuring safety and reliability for customer facilities. You will mentor junior technicians, document actions, and uphold high service standards while reporting to the Field Service Supervisor at the Seattle location.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions.
NICET II - Fire Alarm Systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in project management and execution.
Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

System Testing & Inspections: Perform periodic tests and yearly NFPA fire alarm inspections to ensure readiness and safety compliance.
Diagnosis & Repair: Use tools to troubleshoot faults in fire alarm components.
System Programming: Program various fire alarm control panels (FACPs) and integrated systems like EBI.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections and service actions.
Technical Guidance: Train customers and mentor junior technicians.
