Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field service experience focusing on fire alarm systems.
• 1–2 years of technical knowledge of fire alarm systems.
• 1–2 years of experience leading field service teams or projects.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex on-site technical issues.
• Willingness to acquire NICET certification within the first year due to state code requirements.
• Ability to learn and manage software programs and demonstrate computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service operations focused on fire alarm systems including inspections, testing, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical expertise and support to field technicians and customers to ensure compliance with state codes and standards.
• Coordinate and schedule service activities to meet customer demands and service level agreements.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on fire alarm systems and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and improve service delivery.
• Stay current with industry standards, codes, and advancements in fire alarm technology.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
