Finix is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to grow its social presence, shape the strategy, and build a team. You’ll own content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and executives’ profiles to drive engagement, trust, and pipeline in a fintech SaaS environment.

You’ll report to the Head of Brand Marketing and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and executives. Expect to lead a growing social function and produce platform-native content with strong writing and video capabilities.

Formación

• 5+ years in social media marketing, ideally B2B/fintech or SaaS.
• Portfolio showing brand growth on LinkedIn, X, Instagram.
• Experience ghostwriting or managing social for executives.
• Strong writing and editing, able to switch tone for brand vs. executive.
• Hands-on video and content editing, plus using AI to streamline tasks.
• Proficiency with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native analytics.
• Experience building automation for social distribution.
• Data-driven approach to set goals and translate metrics into content.

Responsabilidades

• Shape Finix’s social strategy and translate it into a content calendar.
• Own voice across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Lead executive social for CEO and leaders (ghostwriting, editing, value moments).
• Launch an employee advocacy program to simplify sharing our story.
• Create short-form video series and visuals with Creative teams.
• Lead social go-to-market for product launches and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Events to promote and cover live events.
• Manage and grow community; respond to comments and DMs, escalate issues.
