Finix is seeking a Senior Field & Community Manager to engage customers, partners and advocates online and in person. You’ll manage content across social and community channels and lead executive dinners, meetups, conferences, and field activations to deepen relationships with key customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in community management or field marketing.
• Proven experience planning in-person events end‑to‑end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high emotional intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Create, curate, and manage content across social and community channels.
• Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, owning logistics end-to-end.
• Curate guest lists and manage invitations for executive dinners and VIP events.
• Represent Finix at events to build relationships and visibility.
• Respond to comments and queries, fostering a positive community.
• Identify power users and advocates to fuel referrals and testimonials.
• Develop and enforce community guidelines; monitor conversations for PR risk.
• Measure event ROI and engagement, reporting trends to Marketing and Product.
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to Product and Marketing.
