Finix is seeking a Senior Creative & Design Manager to set and maintain the brand’s visual and verbal standards. You will own brand, campaign, and web design end-to-end, collaborating with senior marketing leaders on assets for paid and organic programs.

You’ll lead creative outputs across decks, ads, and events, while shaping brand direction with senior leadership. Expect high-visibility work influencing the Finix brand globally.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a creative, brand, or design role, with a portfolio demonstrating copywriting, brand development, and web/digital design.
• Experience writing copy and shaping brand identity across campaigns, pages and assets.
• Strong proficiency in design tools and familiarity with modern web builders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from brief to final asset with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills, and comfort giving/receiving direct feedback.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice and visual identity across copy, web, and digital/offline creative.
• Design and build landing pages, ad creative, sales collateral, one-pagers, and campaign assets that convert.
• Write and edit copy for campaigns, web, and sales enablement alongside marketing leads.
• Guide projects from concept through final execution while juggling multiple assets.
• Produce creative for field marketing and community programs including event signage and sponsorship assets.
• Manage relationships with freelance designers, photographers, and video editors as needed.
• Present creative concepts and deliverables to marketing leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay current on design trends and AI-assisted tools and bring best practices into our process.
