Finix, a San Francisco fintech company, is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to expand our social presence. You’ll shape strategy, own voice across major channels, and guide social for executives and campaigns.

You’ll build an employee advocacy program, create video and visual content, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Events to align messaging with launches and partnerships. This role focuses on growth in a regulated payments space.

Formación

• 5+ years in social media marketing, preferably B2B fintech/SaaS.
• Portfolio showing brand growth on LinkedIn, X, Instagram.
• Experience ghostwriting for executives, including founders or C-level.
• Strong writing/editing to switch voice between brand and executives.
• Hands-on video, design, and content editing; adept with AI tools.
• Proficiency with social analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Experience building scalable social distribution systems.
• Data-driven with ability to translate metrics into content improvements.
• Sound judgment on posting timing and escalation in regulated industries.

Responsabilidades

• Shape Finix’s social strategy and convert it into a channel plan and content calendar.
• Own voice across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Ghostwrite and edit executive posts and identify moments to add value.
• Launch employee advocacy program for broad-based sharing of Finix’s story.
• Create short-form video and visual content with Creative.
• Lead social go-to-market for product launches and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Events to cover conferences and executive dinners live.
• Grow community across channels, respond to comments, flag issues to Product/Marketing.
• Coordinate with Legal/Compliance for accurate, compliant posts.
• Track engagement, audience growth, and pipeline influence; implement feedback loops.
