Job summary

Finix, based in San Francisco, seeks a Senior Social Media Manager to grow its social presence and shape strategy. You’ll own content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and executives’ profiles, building engagement, brand awareness, and trust with CFOs and software leaders.

You’ll report to the Head of Brand Marketing and help build the social team as the function grows, driving campaigns for product launches, partnerships, and company news.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media marketing, ideally with B2B, fintech, or SaaS.
• Portfolio showing growth on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram and impact on business.
• Experience ghostwriting or managing social for executives, including founders or C-level leaders.
• Sharp writing/editing; adapt voice for brand and executives as needed.
• Hands-on video, design, and content editing tools; AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Shape Finix’s social strategy with Marketing and leadership, turning it into a channel plan and calendar.
• Own voice across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels with on-brand content.
• Run executive social for CEO and leaders from ghostwriting to editing.
• Launch an employee advocacy program to enable share of Finix story.
• Create short-form video series and visual content with Creative for product explainers and stories.
• Lead social go-to-market for product launches, partnerships, customer wins, and company news.
• Partner with Events to promote events and cover live activations and dinners.
• Manage and grow our community across social channels and forums; respond to comments.
• Work with Legal and Compliance to keep posts accurate and compliant in payments space.
• Track performance and develop feedback loops to improve campaigns.
