Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience in banking or financial services with understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance, and transaction processing systems.
• Experience with Systematics IMPACS for monetary processing and Systematics RM for relationship management.
• Experience with Systematics Savings/Time Deposit for deposit account management and interest calculations.
• Proficiency in COBOL and COBOL 6 for high-volume transaction systems; able to write, debug and maintain complex COBOL programs.
• Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible under company policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop project plans, scopes, activities, schedules and budgets; manage risks and issues.
• Interface with product development, sales, client relationships, and cross-functional teams to meet goals.
• Allocate resources and monitor vendor/subcontractor tasks as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards and are within budget.
