Job summary

Finix is seeking a Senior Field & Community Manager to cultivate engagement and trust among customers, partners, and advocates through online content and high-touch in-person events in San Francisco. You’ll manage social channels and execute executive dinners, meetups, conferences, and field activations that deepen relationships with our most important customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in community management, field marketing, or event marketing, ideally in B2B.
• Experience planning and executing in-person events end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and manage content across social and community channels.
• Plan and execute in-person and virtual events (executive dinners, meetups, conferences, activations) end-to-end: venue, guest lists, vendors, budget, on-site execution.
• Curate guest lists and manage invitations for executive dinners and VIP events.
• Represent Finix at events to build relationships and visibility.
• Respond to comments, messages, and community queries professionally.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with customers, power users, and advocates.
• Develop and enforce community guidelines and monitor conversations for PR-sensitive issues.
• Measure event ROI and engagement metrics; report trends to Product and Marketing teams.
• Gather customer feedback and community insights and report trends.
