Job summary

Finix, a fintech company based in San Francisco, seeks a Senior Creative & Design Manager to elevate brand voice and visual identity. You will own end-to-end creative output—from brand and campaign design to web assets—collaborating with senior marketing leaders on paid and organic programs.

You will guide projects through concept to final execution, work with a cross-functional team, and stay ahead of design trends, AI-enhanced tools, and modern web builders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a creative, brand, or design role with a portfolio showing copywriting, brand development, and web/digital design
• Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, familiarity with Webflow or similar web builders
• Strong writing ability to carry a brand voice across landing pages, ads, and one-pagers
• Experience taking a project from brief to final asset with minimal oversight
• Excellent communication, time-management, and ability to accept/give direct feedback

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice and visual identity across copy, web, and digital/offline creative
• Design and build landing pages, ad creative, sales collateral, one-pagers, and campaign assets that convert
• Write and edit copy for campaigns, web, and sales enablement with marketing leads
• Guide projects from concept through final execution with quality and multi-project management
• Produce creative for field marketing and community programs including event signage, invites, swag, and sponsorship assets
• Manage relationships with freelance designers, photographers, and video editors as needed
• Present creative concepts and final deliverables to marketing leadership and stakeholders
• Stay current on design trends and tools, including AI-assisted creative tools
