Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in an appropriate jurisdiction.
• In good standing with the State Bar with no disciplinary record.
• Ability to draft and negotiate product and services agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate product and services agreements with clients and partners.
• Partner with product teams to commercialize new products and functionality.
• Advise business stakeholders on legal, contractual, and risk matters.
• Provide legal guidance on regulatory matters, IP, disputes, and corporate policies.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, tax, publicity, litigation, and privacy teams.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and documentation.
