Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and active state bar.
• 3–5 years of in-house experience in financial services or technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate high-impact commercial transactions for SaaS and cloud fintech services.
• Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to support business strategy while managing risk.
• Lead pre-litigation dispute resolution with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives across fintech activities.
• Perform due diligence for transactions, mergers, or acquisitions to identify risks.
