Chime Enterprise is seeking a Business Control Manager to own the control strategy across Membership, App and AI Experience, and Trust and Safety portfolios. You will partner with Enterprise BCM Lead and business teams to translate initiatives into actionable control outcomes and plans.

This role is an individual contributor blending strategy and delivery, with accountability for control coverage, validation, and durable results while collaborating across legal, risk, product, and data teams.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in business controls or regulatory risk.
• Experience owning a complex control environment and leading cross-functional decisions.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into concrete control plans.

Aufgaben

• Own the control strategy and coverage view for assigned portfolios.
• Evaluate new initiatives and determine whether controls should be reused, enhanced, created, consolidated, or retired.
• Lead control design and implementation with business and control owners, establishing objectives, scope, ownership, evidence, and closure criteria.
• Assess control readiness, coordinate owner attestations, and determine validation criteria; arrange independent reviews when needed.
• Lead control responses to incidents, issues, complaints, and findings by linking root causes to control gaps and remediation.
• Maintain reliable control records and communicate results and remaining exposure to leadership.
• Build relationships across business, product, engineering, operations, legal, compliance, risk, and data teams; support audits and examinations.
