Job summary

Chime Enterprise is seeking a Business Control Manager to lead control delivery within Compliance BCM, focusing on Growth Marketing and enterprise controls. You will translate risk outcomes into practical controls, validate coverage, and maintain robust control records across the business.

This role emphasizes collaboration with business owners, incident reviews, and documentation to strengthen the enterprise control environment and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes, incidents, and control records.
• Excellent project-management skills, handling multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities with both technical and non-technical partners.
• Experience in regulatory/compliance/control environments within financial services or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Growth Marketing and Chime Enterprise control owners to translate risk outcomes into control plans.
• Identify relevant controls, gaps, dependencies, and implementation considerations for changes or incidents.
• Drive control workstreams through implementation, documentation, and closure with milestones and evidence.
• Evaluate existing controls and identify coverage gaps or opportunities for reuse, enhancement, or retirement.
• Coordinate attestations, validate controls against standards, and maintain current control records.
• Track gaps, remediation commitments, and dependencies through to closure.
