SIVAD Consulting seeks a Sr. Project Manager for Financial Transformation in Urbandale, IA. This hybrid contract role manages multiple work streams across regions, driving transformation initiatives and ensuring delivery of the end-state operating model for MMC Finance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor's degree, and demonstrated success delivering major change programs with strong stakeholder engagement and risk management capabilities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with financial transformation programs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate project activities to management and team members across regions/functions.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs.
• Utilize project documentation, toolkits, and migration schedules.
• Escalate risk and its impact to management; support decision-making on key items.
• Design and present project updates; create strategic documents (business cases, assessments, plans).
• Ensure adherence to project controls; manage deliverables and mitigate risks.
• Proactively identifies and resolves issues and ensures change control processes are followed.
