Job summary

ThreePDS Inc. in Urbandale, IA seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Finance transformation program across people, process, technology, and operating model changes. This hybrid role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and reporting to senior Finance leadership.

You will own workstreams, maintain detailed plans, manage risks, and drive actions with executives; the 18-month contract may extend or convert. Strong communication and executive presence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Finance, Accounting, or Finance Transformation experience preferred.
• Experience managing large, complex projects or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed project plans and executive status reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in geographically dispersed organizations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple workstreams within a large Finance transformation program.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, issues, and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
• Lead project meetings, develop effective agendas, document decisions, and drive follow-up actions.
• Prepare regular project status reports and executive-level updates.
• Coordinate direct and indirect resources across geographically dispersed teams.
• Partner with Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive decisions and resolve issues.
• Develop project documentation including business cases, assessments, communication plans, implementation plans, and migration schedules.
• Support transformation initiatives involving people, process, technology, and real estate.
• Manage project controls, change management, risk mitigation, and escalation processes.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure execution.
