We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale Finance transformation program within a complex, global organization.
This is a highly visible role working across people, process, technology, and operating model transformation. The Senior Project Manager will own and support key workstreams, maintain detailed project plans, drive accountability across teams, and provide clear reporting and recommendations to senior Finance leadership.
The ideal candidate combines a strong Finance background with hands-on project management experience and is comfortable leading meetings and working directly with senior executives.
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring strong executive presence and are comfortable facilitating meetings with senior leaders. You know how to listen, ask thoughtful questions, organize ambiguity, and turn conversations into clear decisions and action items.
We’re looking for someone who is prepared, adaptable, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive—a Project Manager who doesn't simply track a project plan, but actively helps move the program forward.
This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in a major Finance transformation program, gain significant exposure to senior leadership, and work on initiatives that directly influence the future operating model of a global organization. The initial assignment is expected to run approximately 18 months, with the potential for longer-term opportunities.
