Job summary

Strafing AI in Urbandale, IA is seeking a Finance Transformation Senior Project Manager to lead a major enterprise finance transformation program. This role focuses on Finance PMO, operating model design, and cross-functional change across people, process, technology, and governance.

You will collaborate with senior Finance leaders and distributed teams, manage multiple workstreams, and drive plans from planning to completion while maintaining executive communications and risk management.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Senior Project Manager to support a major enterprise finance transformation program in Urbandale, Iowa.

This is not a general IT Project Manager or PMO Coordinator position.

The right candidate will have direct experience delivering Finance Transformation, Finance PMO, finance operating model, accounting transformation, shared services, integration, or comparable enterprise finance-change initiatives.

You will manage complex workstreams spanning people, process, technology and organizational change, working closely with senior Finance stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.

• Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles without enterprise transformation responsibility
• PMO coordination, reporting or scheduling without direct project ownership
• Construction, infrastructure or engineering project management
• Finance analysis without substantial Project/Program Management experience
• General business transformation without meaningful Finance or Accounting exposure

Location Requirement

This is a hybrid position based in Urbandale, Iowa, with onsite attendance required Monday through Wednesday.

Candidates should already live within commuting distance of Urbandale/Des Moines. Relocation assistance is not available, and candidates requiring relocation should not apply.
