Job summary

Two95 International Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Financial System Manager to lead finance and accounting projects and manage full-cycle system implementations, including Workday configurations.

You will gather requirements, train cross-functional teams on Workday payroll, coordinate with payroll clients, ensure data accuracy, and develop reports for payroll and labor. You will support upgrades and collaborate across departments to optimize financial systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Financial Systems Management/Analysis/Engineering.
• Strong experience with UltiPro Financial Management and UltiPro Payroll.
• Knowledge of GAAP and government contract accounting principles and FAR.
• Strong Project Management skills; PMP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lead/manage multiple projects and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting special projects; develop and manage project plans, milestones, scope analysis and risk management; full cycle systems implementation.
• Understand business requirements, configure Workday, test configurations, and assist business in testing the Workday solution.
• Gather configuration requirements and solve problems with business stakeholders.
• Provide training to cross-functional teams on Workday payroll configuration.
• Coordinate with Payroll client groups to ensure effective Workday implementations.
• Ensure data accuracy and ongoing enhancements of new system features including US Payroll, Time Tracking.
• Build reports to support payroll, labor, group finance and billing.
• Provide production support and upgrades, define test strategy and timelines, manage to completion.
• Lead full cycle testing and implementation of system upgrades and patches/hotfixes.
• Collaborate across departments to identify improvement opportunities and support users.
