Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Lead to oversee Workday Financials and related ERP platforms. You will drive finance process transformation, ensure SOX/audit readiness, and manage a high-performing systems team across multiple regions.

You will partner with Finance and IT to design scalable reporting, upgrades, and cost-effective solutions while maintaining strong governance and data integrity. A CPA/Workday cert is a plus.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of relevant Finance hands-on functional experience.
• 10+ years’ experience leading Finance workstreams, program management and systems transformation implementations.
• Workday Financials Professional certification.
• Proficiency in multiple Finance business processes: PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management.

Responsibilities

• Leads Financial systems team, accountable for systems operations, maintenance, reporting and integration – the primary focus is the ERP platforms including Workday.
• Drives transformation of business processes, the finance operating model, technology, security and data/integrity.
• Oversees system configuration management and routine updates, partnering with Finance leadership to implement related changes to our platforms and Business processes.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Workday Financial modules to support reporting requirements and continuity.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards focused on operational performance, reliability, data quality and process throughput.
• Own system stability, change management, incident response, and SOX/audit readiness.
• Project manages Financial systems initiatives (including Workday upgrades) and coordinates with other IT/business groups.
