Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced IC Service Manager for Financial Systems to own end-to-end stability of Workday Financials, Vertex and other SaaS apps.

You'll partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, Treasury to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, mentor a global team, and drive improvements while ensuring SOX compliance and data security. Qualifications

Proven track record of service ownership of Financial ERP Systems (Workday, Vertex) and SaaS apps.
Experience in ITSM with incident/problem/change management and RCA.
Expertise in one Finance process: Record to Report, Source to Pay, Plan to Perform.
Experience leading a global team across time zones.
Knowledge of integration technologies like MuleSoft and Workday integrations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end stability and performance of enterprise financial systems.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, Treasury to translate needs into solutions.
Lead a team of systems engineers to meet SLAs/KPIs.
Manage high-priority incidents and conduct RCA.
Coordinate UAT for bugs & enhancements.
Ensure SOX compliance and data privacy.
