Job summary

Cozen O'Connor is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, and support of integrations, reporting, and automated processes for the Finance organization, with an emphasis on Aderant Expert. The role reports to the Manager of Financial Systems and requires strong leadership across Finance and IS teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or IS related field or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of experience supporting financial systems, business applications and SQL Server databases.
• Experience with Aderant Expert or comparable enterprise financial management platform.
• Strong MS SQL Server and T‑SQL skills: development, optimization, and data analysis.
• Experience designing SSIS packages and SSRS reporting solutions.
• Proven ability to own and drive technical initiatives with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for integrations between financial systems and enterprise apps.
• Lead design, development, testing, implementation and ongoing improvement of solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance and IS to evaluate requirements and propose enhancements.
• Design and maintain integrations with Aderant Expert using MS technologies (SSIS).
• Develop, optimize, and support SQL Server databases and reporting solutions (SSRS).
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for applications, integrations, and automation.
