1872 Consulting in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Engineer to lead daily technical support of Elite 3E, Intapp Time, and related finance systems, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness. You will partner with Accounting, BI, and IT to design solutions and improve workflows.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance software within a law firm, with experience in integrations, APIs, SQL, and validation testing, and the ability to coordinate UAT and deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of financial or accounting systems experience, ideally in the legal industry.
Experience with Elite 3E, Intapp Time and related financial software.
Strong SQL, APIs, and stored procedures experience.

Responsibilities

Drive administration, configuration, maintenance and enhancement of financial platforms.
Lead implementation efforts for new Finance/Accounting systems.
Develop validation plans, test scripts, and acceptance criteria for configs and upgrades.
Lead UAT activities with Finance, Accounting and stakeholders.
Ensure changes meet business requirements and audit controls.
Document results, defects and approvals for production deployment.
Provide escalated technical support for financial applications.
