Job summary

Considine Search is seeking a Senior Financial Applications Analyst to administer, support, and enhance the Firm’s financial systems, focusing on Aderant. You will act as a technical liaison to Finance, guiding system improvements and adopting best practices across the firm’s financial platforms.

You will collaborate with Finance and IS teams, troubleshoot issues, and implement new technologies to strengthen operational efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience, with 5+ years supporting financial systems (Aderant preferred).
• Strong enterprise system administration capabilities and ability to support complex environments.
• Experience with scripting, reporting tools, and Aderant customization tools.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to troubleshoot issues and improve support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Financial Systems platforms, including on-premises and cloud applications, with performance tuning and upgrades.
• Coordinate Finance-led initiatives and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as primary technical contact for Finance users and vendors during issues and deployments.
• Communicate initiatives and issues clearly, track progress, and drive timely resolution.
• Develop understanding of Finance processes, system dependencies, and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve Finance processes via system enhancements and automation.
• Maintain knowledge of platform capabilities and emerging technologies.
• Respond to help desk tickets and provide end-user documentation.
